Get ready to push it real good next month in Cincinnati when TLC and Salt-N-Pepa embark on their joint tour, with special guest En Vogue. Just remember to free your wallet and the rest will follow.
The three groups will join together as part of the “It’s Iconic” tour, which stops at Riverbend Music Center on Friday, August 21.
If you’ve been living under a rock for the past 20 years, the groups are responsible for some of the most enduring R&B and hip-hop hits of the modern era, like “No Scrubs,” “Push It,” “Free Your Mind,” “Shoop,” “Waterfalls” and more. TLC is the best-selling American girl group of all time; Salt-n-Pepa were the first female rap group with a platinum record and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame last year; and En Vogue has sold over 20 million records worldwide. The new tour is the first time any of the groups have been seen on stage together.
Fans of each group will be able to celebrate decades of era-defining hits, culture-shifting influence and timeless R&B and hip-hop anthems at the tour.
