The Cincinnati Art Museum remembers “150 years of creativity” with an exhibition of over 90 pieces of drawings and prints in Art Academy of Cincinnati at 150.
On Friday, the museum celebrates the local institution with an after-hours party featuring food from Camp Washington Chili and Dewey’s, plus cocktails, docent-led tours and a stargazing event led by astronomer Dean Regas of the Cincinnati Observatory. Telescopes will be set up to view the stars, weather permitting.
Live music from local band and Art Academy alumni Heavy Hinges will satisfy your ears while the art and stars satisfy your eyes.
5-9 p.m. Friday (Feb. 22). Free admission. Cincinnati Art Museum, 953 Eden Park Drive, Mount Adams, cincinnatiartmuseum.org.
