Nothing is getting in the way of the Cincinnati Art Museum’s monthly Art After Dark.

Organizers behind the recurring celebration are taking the party online and offering an “at home” version of the event, complete with cocktail recipes, stylists to help you look fun and festive, a special playlist and online exhibitions to browse. The hope is that it inspires a night devoted to creativity.

The Cincinnati Art Museum is partnering with Catherine Manabat and Julia Petiprin of Over-the-Rhine’s HomeMaker’s Bar to teach virtual event-goers how to create a special boozy beverage at home, with ingredients posted earlier in the week to prepare. The video tutorial will go live at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 24.

They’re also working with Tessa Clark, manager of Over-the-Rhine boutique Idlewild Woman and Project Runway contestant, to offer participants some styling inspiration to feel fashion-forward at home. The museum will be posting outfit inspiration throughout the week as well as on the evening of the event.

Both videos and photos will be posted on the Art After Dark event’s Facebook page and the museum’s Instagram.

The event organizers are encouraging participants to post photos of their personal celebrations for a chance to win a $50 gift card that can be spent at Idlewild Woman or HomeMaker’s Bar. Hashtag #ArtAfterDarkAtHomeCincy and tag on Instagram or Facebook to enter the giveaway.

The party goes from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, April 24.
