Mike Morgan, author, historian, beer expert and president of Queen City History & Education, takes to the streets to lead interested and likely hungover humans on a walking tour of Over-the-Rhine during his Bockfest-only Dr. Morgan’s Hangover Relief Tour series.
This educational jaunt includes information about OTR’s pre-Prohibition past, its recent brewing rebirth and the history of Bockfest. Go inside Washington Platform’s underground lagering tunnels, into some of the former Schaller-Gerke Brewery cellars (four stories underground) and then enjoy a cold Bock beer with Morgan.
The tour promises “OTR history that you can’t get anywhere else, two lagering cellars, one beer and questionable wisdom” including homeopathic hangover cures. Warning: These tours sell out.
