Norwood Salvation Army Thrift Store 2550 Park Ave., Norwood While most thrift stores have a pretty consistent 75/25 ratio of clothing and apparel to houseware and furniture, the Norwood Salvation Army has the perfect 50/50 blend and it leaves me buying more than I need every time. This location features an entire floor dedicated to furniture and housewares, and whether or not there’s a designated holiday section, you’re sure to find fall decorations that will impress your guests. Valley Thrift Store 9840 Reading Road, Evendale I think there’s only one thing better than finding the best secondhand decor, and that’s finding the best secondhand decor on sale. I love Valley Thrift for many reasons, but one of them is the many different sales they hold throughout the week, going up to as much as 75% off, depending on the tag. On top of the sales, this thrift shop color coordinates all of their aisles, and always has plenty of decorations for all occasions and even have some craft kits to really DIY some of your decor. They have the classics: dishware, centerpieces and a large selection of kitchenware so you can even make your casserole dishes and pans fall-themed and take the crown for the most festive host.
