Cincinnati has tons of great holiday events happening around town, but many can quickly become crowded and loud, which could become overwhelming for someone with sensory sensitivities. To help those who need more sensory-friendly events also enjoy the holiday fun, Heritage Village Museum is hosting “A Quiet Christmas.”

“A Quiet Christmas” is a sensory-friendly event that allows families or groups of up to eight people have a private, half-hour session in the museum’s Christmas Cottage. During their session, guests get to spend time with Mother Christmas and the elves while making a craft and enjoying a cookie. Guests are also invited to bring a camera for photo ops.

Admission is $40 per group, and the price also includes admission for the group to visit “Train Days” — large model train displays inside Chester Park Train Station, Myers Schoolhouse and Hayner House — either before or after “A Quiet Christmas.”
