Cincinnati Pizza Week is back for its sixth year. From Nov. 8-14, pizza lovers have the opportunity to visit participating Pizza Week locations to enjoy $9 pizzas (minimum 10-inch pies), plus specials on Great Lakes beer.

Use the new Pizza Week Passport app to guide your culinary journey to find pies that range from classics to over-the-top creations.

And while there is much to enjoy all seven days of Pizza Week, we’d be remiss if we didn’t highlight this year’s extremely indulgent options. It looks like mac-and-cheese and ranch-dressing-topped pizzas are a trend for 2021 — and we’re not mad about it.

Bad Tom Smith Brewing: The Buffalo Bill

A 12-inch pie with a base of hot Buffalo sauce, smothered with mozzarella, gorgonzola, and parmesan cheese, and topped with roasted chicken breast, red onion and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Delicio Coal Fired Pizza @ Hoppin’ Vines: Cheddar Mac

This 12-inch pie comes topped with cavatappi pasta, sharp cheddar and American cheese.

Fireside Pizza: Taco Pizza

Forget Taco Tuesday with this 10-inch pizza featuring a lime crema base, cheddar cheese, “taco” beef, tomatoes, Fire sauce, cilantro and crushed nacho cheese tortilla chips.

Incline Public House: Mac & Cheese Pizza

Another take on the mac-and-cheese-topped ‘za, this 10-inch option features a five-cheese mac sauce, cavatappi pasta, shredded cheddar, bacon bits and a barbecue sauce drizzle.

Joe’s Pizza Napoli: Chicken Bacon Ranch

This 12-inch pizza is topped with garlic-infused EVOO, oregano, mozzarella, provolone, a blend of parmesan and pecorino, grilled chicken, bacon and ranch dressing.

Mackenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub: Steak Chimichurri

Steak on a pizza? OK. This 10-inch pie features steak strips, red onions, fresh jalapeños and mozzarella cheese, topped with a drizzle of chimichurri sauce and queso fresco.

The Gruff: Philly Cheesesteak

The Gruff has turned this favorite sandwich into a 12-inch pizza, with cheese sauce, steak, peppers, red onion and mozzarella cheese.

1883 at On the Rhine Eatery: CBR Pizza and Caulisprouts Pizza

1883 gets called out for their two Pizza Week offerings. The 10-inch CBR pizza is a take on their chicken, bacon and ranch sandwich, featuring roasted chicken, farmhouse bacon, smoked gouda, roasted tomatoes and Mojo ranch. The Caulisprouts is a veggie overload with roasted Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, spicy-sweet chili sauce, mozzarella and toasted sesame seeds.

Bircus Brewing: Dada Smokes BBQ Pizza

Available only at Bircus’ flagship location in Ludlow, Kentucky, this 12-inch pie features Dada Smokes barbecue sauce, fresh pineapple, smoked mozzarella and red onion.
