Metropole, the restaurant at downtown Cincinnati’s 21c Museum Hotel, is now offering brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days a week.
A contemporary restaurant with a menu that blends Midwestern charm and the culinary traditions of the Ohio River Valley with French and Italian influences, Metropole says its brunch offers a fresh take on mid-morning dining. Brunch service will include house-made pastries, as well as innovative takes on familiar dishes that are elevated, yet approachable. Ingredients are also thoughtfully sourced, with Metropole collaborating with local producers like Blue Oven Bakery, Sixteen Bricks and more to ensure the menu features Cincinnati flavors.
Menu highlights include:
- Shrimp Toast: Blue Oven English muffin topped with chilled shrimp, remoulade and chili oil
- Beer Cheese Burger: House beef-bacon blend patty topped with Ohio cheddar, Rhinegeist Cincy Light beer-cheese and turmeric pickles
- Ricotta Gnocchi: Chicken, rosemary, goat cheese and toasted breadcrumbs
- Goetta and Shishito Hash: Breakfast potatoes, grilled shishito, Calabrian chili aioli and two eggs any style
- House-made Maple-Miso Cruller: Fried pâte à choux and Ohio maple
Metropole will also offer brunch-friendly drinks, like the Citrus Spritz (house-made cello, lemon, grapefruit and bubbly), mimosas, signature cocktails and barista-style coffee.
