East Walnut Hills’ vibrant dining scene has lost a beloved bakery with the recent closing of O Pie O. But a new concept by the same team will soon open in its place.

O Pie O announced its plans via a Facebook post in late August, explaining that they will close the space as of Aug. 29 while rebranding it for a new project to open in the fall.

“It’s been a year and half of changes all around with challenges that couldn’t have been overcome without you, our loyal customers. O Pie O will continue offering our sweet and savory pies at our location in OTR, where we will soon expand our operating days and hours,” a portion of the post reads.

“However, our location in East Walnut Hills will be temporarily closed as of Sunday afternoon, August 29, when we will relaunch as a new concept in early Fall. Stay tuned,” the announcement continues.
