Local bakery chain SERVATii is delivering quite the deal for National Donut Day this Friday.
At every SERVATii location in the Greater Cincinnati area, glazed donuts are just $1 and a dozen donuts of any kind are $5 off on June 5. (Personally, we’ll be going for some chocolate cake donuts.)
National Donut Day began in the U.S. as a way to honor the Salvation Army “Donut Lassies” who served donuts to soldiers during World War I. To celebrate the day’s origins, donations benefiting The Salvation Army will be available in store with the non-profit’s signature red kettles.
For more information, visit the official SERVATii website.
