Foodies, there’s only one way to show your love for your partner this Valentine’s Day, and it’s not with a box of chocolates. Instead, you can say “I love you” in the cheesiest way possible with a hot, heart-shaped pizza from LaRosa’s.
For the first time ever, LaRosa’s is offering a limited-time heart-shaped pizza, featuring the pizzeria’s signature family recipe sauce, provolone cheese and your choice of toppings. The pizza will also come in a box decorated in the style of vintage Valentine’s Day cards.
“There’s a saying that the fastest way to the heart is through the stomach,” CEO Mike LaRosa said in a press release. “Call me a hopeless romantic, but I couldn’t agree more! We created our Heart Shaped Pizza to be a delicious way to get extra cheesy this Valentine’s Day with any special person you care about — a partner, a child, a Galentine’s Day friend, a parent, a co-worker, favorite teacher or coach.”
The heart-shaped pizzas will be available through Feb. 22. They’re equivalent in size to a medium LaRosa’s pizza and start at $12.49 for a cheese. Toppings are available for an additional charge.
And if your sweetheart lives out of town, but you still want to treat them to a romantic pizza night, Cincy Favorites can ship LaRosa’s frozen heart-shaped cheese or pepperoni pizzas across the country.
Shipping is $94.99 for four cheese pizzas or $99.99 for four pepperoni pizzas. Cincy Favorites also offers a Cincy Date Night Kit, which includes two heart-shaped pepperoni pizzas, a pint of Graeter’s ice cream (your choice of vanilla, black raspberry chip or chocolate chip) and two individual Volcano Cakes for $99.99.
