Mitchell’s Fish Market at Newport on the Levee celebrates the flavors of the Pacific Northwest with a four-course pairing dinner.
The four seafood courses will be paired with wines from Oregon and Washington.
First Course: Sweet Corn and Crab Bisque with Spicy Pumpkin Seeds paired with King Estate “Signature Collection” Pinot Gris, Oregon
Second Course: Tempura Battered Pacific Oysters with Napa Cabbage Slaw and Spicy Aioli paired with Acrobat Pinot Noir 2012, Oregon
Third Course: Pan Roasted Alaskan Sablefish with Three Mushroom Risotto and Brussels Sprouts with Red Wine Reduction paired with North by Northwest Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
