Slated to open downtown this March, The Lytle Park Hotel — “situated within a classic 1909 building,” according to the website — will soon be home to Subito, an upscale Italian eatery, and Vista at Lytle Park Rooftop, which offers “5,177 sq. ft. to accommodate up to 270 guests across the indoor and outdoor venue,” says a press email.
Subito is scheduled to open alongside the hotel and will feature an open kitchen, as well as an outdoor all-seasons dining space “blending the line between park and hotel.” The decor is described as featuring a crown-shaped pendant bar, large-scale floral screens, natural blue and green accents and warm wood and brass tones.
“With Executive Chef Michael McIntosh at the helm, Subito offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and brunch on Sundays, featuring homemade pastas, brick-oven pizzas, fresh seafood and raw bar, hand-selected steaks and traditional antipasti in an elegant setting,” says the email.
Menu items will include a panzanella salad, pappardelle bolognese, truffle risotto and osso buco Milanese, as well as Italian wines, bourbon and Lytle Park limoncello.
The Lytle Park Hotel is located at 311 Pike St., Downtown. More info about the restaurant and accommodations can be found at marriott.com/hotels/travel/cvgak-the-lytle-park-hotel-autograph-collection.
