Skyline Chili is turning up the heat this winter with new, limited-time menu items. For a sweet and spicy kick, you can now add Mike’s Hot Honey to your coneys and ways.

Mike’s Hot Honey Ways and Coneys are part of Skyline’s work to implement new flavors to its traditional menu. In November, the Cincinnati chili chain rolled out its limited-time Mac and Cheese Way, which featured cavatappi pasta in a three-cheese blend, topped with Skyline chili and freshly shredded Wisconsin cheddar. Now, it’s chili-pepper-infused honey’s time to shine.

“Our fans love unique flavors that complement Skyline’s classic taste, and Mike’s Hot Honey brings just that,” Sarah Sicking, Skyline’s vice president of marketing and brand engagement, said in a press release. “The combination of our signature chili with the sweet heat of Mike’s Extra Hot Honey creates an irresistible blend that’s perfect for those who like a little spice with their Skyline.”

Mike’s Hot Honey Ways and Coneys are available at participating Skyline locations beginning Monday, Jan. 13. It’s currently not known how long they’ll stay on the menu, but the Mac and Cheese Way was available for about two months.
