Bob Dylan is Bringing His Rough and Rowdy Ways to Cincinnati

The Voice of a Generation himself will be playing in Cincinnati this fall. Legendary singer-songwriter Bob Dylan is bringing his “Rough and Rowdy Ways” tour to the Andrew J Brady Music Center Oct. 20.

Dylan’s Andrew J Brady Music Center performance is his second in Cincinnati on his worldwide tour, spanning 17 countries on three continents. The tour kicked off in November 2021 in support of Dylan’s 39th studio album Rough and Rowdy Ways, with Cincinnati’s Aronoff Center being one of the first stops.

Best known for his poetic ‘60s folk hits, like “Blowin’ in the Wind” and “The Times They Are a-Changin’,” that served as anthems to the antiwar and Civil Rights movements, Dylan has a career that spans 60 years and crosses generations. Rough and Rowdy Ways, Dylan’s first album since Tempest in 2012, received critical acclaim upon its release in 2020 and led to Dylan becoming the first artist to have a US Top 40 album in every decade from the ‘60s to now.

Tickets for Dylan’s Oct. 20 show go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster, or you can visit Andrew J Brady Music Center’s box office at 25 Race St. downtown on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This will be a phone-free experience, meaning no phones, smart watches or other devices will be permitted in the performance space.
