Music fans looking forward to an upcoming concert that, over the past few days, has been canceled are obviously disappointed. And it’s even more of a letdown given the isolation and anxiety caused by the coronavirus-related closures and restrictions — enjoying a great live music experience would be especially rejuvenating and cathartic right about now.
Here’s some good news that might help you look ahead to better days: Many of the concerts that have been called off are being rescheduled and some new dates have already been announced.
Below are the shows that have been rescheduled so far. Many other concerts in the area are listed as postponed, as venues and promoters work to find new dates. (Unfortunately, still others are simply canceled.)
If you have tickets, save ’em — they’ll be good for the new date. And if you can’t make the rescheduled show, most offer refunds at the point of purchase. Check the ticketing and venue websites for details. We will update this list as new dates are announced.
