Hamilton County has now secured commitments from 200 employers to advance pay equity, marking a milestone as dozens more prepare to join the effort at this year’s signing day.

The Hamilton County Commission on Women & Girls will host its Fifth Annual Pay Equity Commitment Signing Day, March 31, at 4 p.m. at Cincinnati Memorial Hall in Over-the-Rhine. There, 40 new local employers will commit to advancing fair pay practices across the region.

The Hamilton County Pay Equity Commitment Signing Day strives to move beyond awareness and into action, encouraging employers to adopt measurable steps that support fair and transparent pay practices.
