New ‘tablescape rental’ storefront The Tabletop Project is set to open tomorrow in Over-the-Rhine.

Owned and operated by Yoleine Dumarsais, the store boasts a curated collection of rentable flatware, glassware, silverware and plateware for customers to use at their events.

“I wanted to bring a service to the neighborhood that was new and exciting – something you couldn’t find nearby,” Dumarsais said. “From weddings to corporate functions, and everything in between, we cater to smaller, more intimate events for up to 150 guests.”

The storefront is located at 124 E. 13th Street, and pricing will vary based on event size. All of the store’s rental options can also be viewed online, although Dumarsais recommends visiting in person.

Tomorrow, the store will host a grand opening with a public “sip and see” event for customers to browse the store’s selections from 6 – 9 p.m. Following the event, the store will only be open by appointment only.

“The Tabletop Project is a natural enhancement to the wide range of small boutique wedding and event venues throughout Downtown Cincinnati,” said Christy Samad, EVP of Civic and Commercial Space Activation at 3CDC. “It offers an added layer of convenience for small-scale event planning, while simultaneously elevating the experience with distinctive, high-quality tablescape options.”
