The owner of Circus Mojo in Ludlow, Ky., has plans to open a brewery in the historic Ludlow Theater this spring, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier. More than 1 million people, including leaders from around the world, marched in solidarity on Jan. 11 in Paris to honor those killed in the terrorist attacks on the French satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo and a kosher supermarket. Another international company has planted its headquarters in the Greater Cincinnati area. Avure Technologies Inc., a high-pressure processing systems developer for the removal of foodborne pathogens in packaged foods, opened its headquarters in Erlanger, Ky., on Jan. 12.
