A local business owner is dead after an early morning stabbing in Over-the-Rhine.
Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E. McMicken Avenue around 4 a.m. Wednesday for a reported stabbing, according to CPD. Officers arrived to find 46-year-old Patrick Heringer suffering from a stab wound. Police told reporters that Heringer was stabbed in the neck inside his home on the street, though not by an intruder, according to reporting from WLWT.
