A Hill at Devou Park Defies Gravity At “Gravity Hill” on Ridgeway Court in Covington, a car in neutral just might roll uphill. The legend goes that if you stop at the second telephone pole, put your car in neutral, and take your foot off the brake, your car will go forward, despite the law of gravity suggesting it would roll backwards and downhill. Here comes Peter Cottontail, hoping down to Volpenhein Pavilion at Devou Park. With spring finally deciding to show its face, what better way to celebrate Easter with your youngsters than with an Easter egg hunt? Come down to Devou Park’s annual hunt and have the young ones explore for pieces of brightly colored, egg-shaped treasure.
