Valley Vineyards and on-site Cellar Dweller brewery kick off a weekend of drinking, dining and hot-air-balloon-riding. This annual fest — celebrating its 46th anniversary this year — features live music, cellar tours, wine and beer tastings by the bottle and glass, food from local Warren County eateries and tethered hot air balloon rides.
