Imagine if Santa were a child of the ’70s. He’d be clad in white bell-bottoms, rock long locks and shout, “Have a groovy Christmas!” Well, laser light shows have brought the ’70s and Christmas together under the night sky at Drake Planetarium. If you’re in the mood for a more traditional show, “Holiday Skies” brings the constellations of winter into view as laser lights dance to classic Christmas songs.

If it’s a trippy holiday experience you want, then come check out the laser light show that pulsates to the Psychedelic music of Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” and “The Dark Side of the Moon.” Holiday Skies shows 7 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday; Pink Floyd shows 8 and 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday through Dec. 21. $7 in advance; $8 at door.
