Grab your plus one and get ready for some bromance down at Sawyer Point for a screening of the Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson comedy Wedding Crashers.
NightLight 513 is projecting Millennial-favorite films for the 21+ crowd at the park’s P&G Stage through October. The grown-ups-only series kicked off with The Breakfast Club in June. And next up is Wedding Crashers on July 14.
Doors open at 6:45 p.m. for early entry and 7:30 p.m. for general admission. The movie starts at sundown. Tickets are $9.99 for general admission or $14.99 for early entry. Day-of tickets — if there are any left — are $18.
In addition to the movie, tickets get you access to local food trucks, craft beer and a pre-show DJ.
“Think of it as a picnic at night to watch a movie with a ton of friends PLUS beer, wine, food, live music and some of the best that Cincinnati has to offer,” reads the NightLight website.
July 14’s food truck list includes Big Dog’s Pizza, El Cardinal Taqueria, Red Sesame BBQ, Indigenous Chef, Poutine Machine, Sweets and Meats BBQ, SEA Cuisine Food Truck and Graeter’s Ice Cream, with beer from MadTree.
NightLight says to bring blankets, pillows or chairs for seating. Events are rain or shine, but will be canceled in the event of inclement weather (no refunds).
The remaining film schedule includes:
- July 28: The Goonies
- Aug. 12: Fight Club
- Sept. 16: Bridesmaids
- Sept. 23: The Dark Knight
- Oct. 14: Hocus Pocus
