OTR taqueria Bakersfield is celebrating its eighth anniversary with a big ol’ birthday party in the parking lot at 12th and Vine streets.
Dubbed Buck’s Badass Bash, the party takes place on Sunday, May 5 — just in time for Cinco de Mayo — and features plenty of margaritas, beer and Bakersfield tacos. Sister restaurant CityBird will also be on hand with chicken tenders, as will face painters and street performers, a Framester photo booth, CityFlea vendors and the Flipcup Allstars, who will be performing live at 7 p.m.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Washington Park Management Group and go toward the maintenance of Washington Park.
