East Walnut Hills bar Night Drop is transforming their outdoor parking lot into a drive-in cinema of sorts, minus the cars.
Called #ProudlyPresents, the film experience will last all summer long and feature classic and cult favorite movies screened outside on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights via projector (weather permitting).
And one can assume there will be punny cocktails involved as well.
According to the Facebook post, costumes are encouraged.
Films start this weekend with National Lampoon’s Vacation on Thursday (June 11), One Crazy Summer on Friday (June 12) and Jaws on Saturday (June 13).
Slated for the rest of June is: The Burbs (June 18), Poltergeist (June 19), E.T. (June 20), Hedwig and the Angry Inch (June 25), Birdcage (June 26) and Heist: Getaway (June 27).
Films are free and begin at sundown.
Night Drop is located at 1535 Madison Road, East Walnut Hills.
