Lost & Found OTR is hosting a drawing night in which participants collectively work on a piece of art.
Employing one long table and a long piece of paper, with supplies provided by Indigo Hippo (non-profit creative reuse store), three local artists will guide and welcome guests to drink and draw.
The first Pencil Pushers event is Thursday, June 15 from 7 – 11 p.m. Local artists Evan Verrilli, Jack Sjogren and Hallie Bateman are the talented hosts, who will add to the creation alongside participating draw-ers. But don’t worry, you don’t have to be a pro to join the artistic fun. Lost & Found encourages all guests who are interested in drawing, regardless of experience, to draw.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re ‘good’ or if it’s the first day trying to draw something, all are welcome & encouraged to join in on the ‘drink & doodle’ fun,” Lost & Found shared on Instagram.
Stop by Lost & Found OTR a bit before the event to catch its “easy hour” from 4-7 p.m., which offers $5 wine, $3 beer and $25 cocktail pitchers along with $10 “easy meals.”
