It’s going to be hot this weekend, so if you are going to be outside protesting or attending any of the other vigils or demonstrations, make sure you stay hydrated.

Several Over-the-Rhine bars are — and have been — opening up their doors to protesters and demonstrators to offer rest areas with bathrooms and water along with first aid, sanitizer, free food and other informational resources. It varies from bar to bar, but here’s who will be open this weekend with help and snacks.

Lost & Found OTR — 2-10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

The Hub OTR (1209 Main St.) — 1-9:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

The Hub will have medical supplies, water, snacks and items to help with people who have been subjected to mace or tear gas.

Longfellow — 2-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
