Comedian Patton Oswalt stopped by the Queen City on April 27 while on tour across the country. In response to a tweet by someone attending his show later in the evening at the Taft Theatre, Oswalt shared some strong opinions about our beloved Cincinnati staple — and where not to find him after the show.
We get it — it’s not for everyone. But c’mon Patton, did you even give it a chance?
Oswalt also began his show by talking about our local delicacy, musing that it began as a prank played on an outsider coming to Cincinnati — “We’ll put chocolate in chili!” — but they forgot to tell the other locals and it just caught on.
According to his Twitter page, he has a lot of love for Cincinnati and his fans here, giving a special shout-out to the beautiful Cincinnati Art Museum.
