Ice cream fans who are looking forward to the season of sweaters and autumnal flavors are going to love the new bonus flavor from Graeter’s Ice Cream.
During the summer, Graeter’s released its yearly series of bonus flavors, the Bake Shop 2025 collection. This collection was an homage to summertime nostalgia and oven-fresh baked goods featuring six flavors handcrafted in ultra-small batches using Graeter’s signature French pot method. This summer’s collection wrapped up in August with the rich and creamy Caramel Pecan Cheesecake — or so we thought.
On Monday, Graeter’s surprised fans with a new bonus flavor, Caramel Apple Pie Ice Cream. Described as an indulgent cinnamon-apple ice cream, Caramel Apple Pie features warm spices, spice-infused apple bits and golden pieces of buttery pie crust.
“This new flavor is the perfect transition from shorts to sweatshirts,” Graeter’s said in a press release. “It’s like eating a slice of homemade apple pie with every creamy bite.”
Caramel Apple Pie is now available in Graeter’s scoop shops and by the pint at graeters.com. It’ll only be available for a short time at scoop shops, and once they’re out, it’s gone for the year.
Graeter’s other summer bonus flavors included Cinnamon Sticky Bun, Beast Feast — a collaboration between the ice cream maker and Kings Island — Blueberry Lemon Crumble, Pineapple Passion Sorbet, Minty Brownie and Caramel Pecan Cheesecake.
