Summer in Cincinnati is about to get much, much sweeter as two Cincinnati summer staples collaborate on a new ice cream flavor.
Graeter’s has begun releasing its bonus summer flavors, the Bake Shop 2025 collection. The second flavor in the series debuted Friday, and it’s the wildest flavor yet. “Beast Feast: Cookie Dough Unleashed” is a limited-time flavor inspired by Kings Island’s legendary roller coaster, The Beast.
Beast Feast is described as a thrill ride for your taste buds, rich and chewy with monster chunks of sugar cookie dough and colorful rainbow sprinkles swirled into a cookie butter ice cream base.
“This collaboration captures the joy of two Cincinnati icons,” Chip Graeter, fourth-generation owner of Graeter’s Ice Cream, said in a press release. “It’s cookie dough unleashed, just like the roller coaster itself. You won’t want to miss this one!”
Beast Feast is now available in Graeter’s scoop shops and by the pint at graeters.com. It’ll only be available for a short time at scoop shops, but you can get it all summer long at the Graeter’s location on International Street at Kings Island.
Graeter’s first summer bonus flavor, Cinnamon Sticky Bun, on May 8. Flavors coming later this summer include Blueberry Lemon Crumble, Pineapple Passion Sorbet, Minty Brownie and Caramel Pecan Cheesecake.
