Inside Nation Kitchen & Bar’s Westwood Location, Tucked Inside a Historic Firehouse

The restaurant is located in a revitalized historic firehouse in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Westwood on 3435 Epworth Drive.

Nation first opened in Cincinnati’s Pendleton neighborhood five years ago and has become an important piece of the city’s culinary scene. The restaurant, which takes its name from axe-wielding Temperance warrior Carrie Nation, is known for its excellent burgers and bottomless weekend brunches. Their burgers have been voted in the top 10 Best Overall Burger (Non-Chain) for CityBeat’s Best of Cincinnati issue for several years, and won No. 1 best burger in 2020.

Their new restaurant will carry over all of their popular burgers, and will add some “West Side-specific sandwiches” as well. Additionally, they will offer a kids menu, featuring a single-patty cheeseburger, mini corn dogs, grilled cheese and non-alcoholic kiddie cocktails.
