One of Over-the-Rhine’s favorite restaurants is celebrating its fourth anniversary in a giant way.

Milkman, the fast-casual restaurant near Washington Park known for its burgers and shakes, is introducing a towering ‘Quad’ burger to commemorate the occasion. The burger features four beef patties in between layers of American cheese, with pickles and the restaurant’s signature sauce underneath.

“We wanted to celebrate four years of Milkman in a way that felt true to us — fun, a little ridiculous and centered around a good burger,” said co-owner Jonna Folker in a statement. “We’re incredibly grateful to our team, our regulars and everyone who has supported us along the way. Now there’s only one question: Can you handle the Quad?”

The Quad special includes the aforementioned ginormous burger and their famous fries for $19.99 — a far cry from their usual $7 burger, but an intriguing proposition all the same.

Milkman has been a neighborhood favorite since its opening. Earlier this year, the restaurant won six trophies in the 2026 edition of CityBeat‘s annual Best of Cincinnati fan voting, including gold medal wins for ‘Best Burger’ and ‘Best Fries.’

“Simplicity is good,” co-owner Paul Folker told CityBeat. “And simplicity is our secret sauce, so to speak. Our success comes from our simplicity. Then we focus all our effort on doing the little things right, focusing on the basics, and that builds consistency. It’s all about having a good time and eating some really good food. To be honest with you, what we do is not flashy or groundbreaking, but it works. It’s blue-collar work, and we’re not afraid of it, and we embrace the fundamentals.”
