Start spreading the “brews:” The Cincinnati Coffee Festival will be back this fall with all the coffee and pastries you could ever want.

The Cincinnati Coffee Festival returns to Music Hall Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 21-22 for its sixth year. A major fundraiser for the Ohio River Foundation (ORF), organizers say the festival has become the Midwest’s premier coffee event.

“ORF is the only regional conservation organization working to protect and improve the ecology of the Ohio River and its rivers and streams. Coffee has a natural connection to that mission. Without great water, you can’t have great coffee,” the foundation said in a release.

Thousands visit the festival every year to experience the variety of coffee roasters, tea purveyors, bakers, pastry shops and chocolatiers. Popular local roasters like Seven Hills Coffee, Deeper Roots and two-time People’s Choice Award winner FigBrew will also be on hand.

Events include the Latte Art Throwdown and Latte Art in Action, where you can watch a master barista create latte art and learn how to pour your own. There will also be demonstrations and presentations from industry experts, a “cupping” station where you can learn how to sample coffee like a pro and live music.

More event details will be announced in the coming months and tickets will go on sale over the summer. Sales will benefit ORF’s efforts to protect and conserve the Ohio River watershed.

Vendor applications are still available here.
