Cincinnati Hip Hop favorites Triiibe — who are the reigning Cincinnati Entertainment Awards “Artist of the Year” — will be releasing their second album in just a couple of months. The group has announced that III AM WHAT III WANT TO BE will be out on Oct. 10.

Fans can get their first peek at the album on Friday, Aug. 30, as the group screens a music video for III AM WHAT III WANT TO BE’s first single, “Worldwiiide,” at the Cincinnati Art Museum at 7 p.m. The trio is performing that night as part of the museum’s Art After Dark party, right after the video premiere. Triiibe’s PXVCE will get the festivities started at 5 p.m. with a DJ set.

For the video, Triiibe collaborated with Covington production company RedFly Media and L.A.-based director Kevin Beebe, a Northern Kentucky native. According to a press release, the clip weaves “a story through the expansive sand dunes of Guadalupe, CA back to the home base of Cincinnati” and conveys that “there are truly no physical limits to where you may find your tribe.”

“If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go with others,” PXVCE says of the video. “This project was a true team effort and would not have been possible without such incredible collaboration from everyone involved. When we lift each other up, everyone comes out ahead.”
