The Supreme Court has ruled that Hobby Lobby and other private companies do not have to provide certain types of contraception care to women as outlined in the Affordable Care Act. The ruling is the first time the court has ruled that companies can declare religious beliefs, but employees could still get contraception through the third-party system available to employees of religious non-profits. People are upset that Facebook manipulated news feeds of almost 700,000 users for psychological research over one week in 2012. The site already uses an algorithm to set news feeds to maximize ads seen, and the study only resulted in one fewer emotional word per 1,000 words in the week.
