The Cincinnati Ballet has delivered stellar performances of big name shows this year like Peter Pan and Alice (in Wonderland). As the season moves forward into its last few months, the ballet continues to bring a diverse collection of work to the stage. This week, resident choreographer Adam Hougland brings Mozart’s Requiem to life in an exploration of mortality displayed in vignettes. Although Mozart died before completing his famous Requiem Mass in D Minor, the production shows the characters’ journey from loss toward growth and acceptance of the unknown. The Cincinnati Ballet Orchestra and Xavier University Concert Choir also feature. See full feature on page 24.

8 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday. $32-$100. Aronoff Center for the Arts. 650 Walnut St., Downtown, cballet.org.
