The Drake Planetarium has spooked up a fun alternative to haunted houses and scary movies. Bring the whole family to check out their “Laser Spooktacular” and see the planetarium sky filled with colorful Halloween-themed images and animations, set to a monster musical soundtrack. For the adult crowd, stay a little later to treat yourself to the Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon show that will be sure to throw you back into the ‘70s. Sit back and enjoy a colored laser show, highlighting classic Pink Floyd music. Laser Spooktacular runs Friday-Sunday and costs $6 in advance and $7 at the door. Dark Side of the Moon runs Friday and Saturday and costs $7 in advance and $8 at the door.
