This isn’t Shari Goldhagen’s first rodeo when it comes to book signings in Cincinnati. Born and raised in the Blue Ash area, she now lives in New York. She came back here in 2006 to promote her first novel, Family and Other Accidents. “I was amazed and touched by how many people who I hadn’t seen in years came out,” Goldhagen says. Now she’s in town promoting her sophomore effort, In Some Other World, Maybe, a coming-of-age story that follows three groups of teenagers and shows how their lives intersect over a period of two decades; it’s on many “must read” lists for 2015.
