Hair salons and barbershops were allowed to reopen in the state of Ohio today and it seems like people have crawled out of their quarantine bunkers like a bunch of hirsute slobs looking for a groomin’. Because, as of right now, if you were interested in popping into a SportClips or Great Clips, ya can’t. Most locations have a least a two-hour wait, except the Great Clips in Blue Ash, which has a 105-minute wait at the time this was published.

You can read the full Responsible RestartOhio sector-specific guidelines for salons and barbershops here, but one can be fairly certain that if you’re waiting for a haircut, you will not be waiting inside. To ensure social distancing, the salon and barbershop safety guidelines recommend people wait outside or in their cars until their appointment time.
