After arriving at downtown’s Fountain Square over the weekend, Cincinnati’s annual Christmas Tree has attracted a lot of attention. It has been called “wretched-looking” and described by many as sparse, prompting questions like “what’s the deal?”; and jokes regarding the unique choice continue to flood social media. Looks like if there’s one thing we can all agree on this year, it’s that this is a very fitting tree for 2020.
