To wrap up the sweet summertime season, downtown’s Court Street Lobster Bar is offering $5 off all of their lobster rolls on Sept. 25 in honor of National Lobster Day.
Since spring of 2017, the lobster bar has been the top destination for high-quality, sustainably-fished seafood in the Cincinnati area. The dream to open up this restaurant came to owner Dan Swormstedt after visiting his father in Washington D.C. in 2011 and trying a roll from a popular lobster shack in town. He researched by visiting numerous lobster shacks throughout the east coast before finally opening his own in the Queen City.
Guests can choose from three different lobster rolls on National Lobster Day, including the Maine Style roll with 1/4 lb. Maine lobster and chilled lemon mayo, the Connecticut Style roll with 1/4 lb. Maine lobster and hot, seasoned clarified butter, or the BLT roll with 1/4 lb. Maine lobster, Applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes and lemon mayo. All rolls come on buttered and toasted Sixteen Bricks split-top Challah buns.
The special will be available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sept. 25.
