A new grab-and-go sandwich shop is now open in downtown Cincinnati.
Chase’s Sandwich Shop offers a selection of gourmet sandwiches, fresh salads, soups, sides and desserts from a walk-up window at 300 Main St. in the Salmon P. Chase building. The menu was curated by Chef Jason Leizert, who brings experience from three Michelin-starred kitchens and says the shop is perfect for people who want a fresh lunch on-the-go.
“Chase’s Sandwich Shop is about delivering bold flavors and top-quality ingredients in every bite. From the sandwiches to the soups and desserts, we’ve crafted a menu that’s as convenient as it is memorable. We look forward to making lunch the best part of your day,” Leizert said in a press release.
Signature sandwiches include:
- The Buck: Prosciutto, capicola, mojo sauce and roasted sweet onions.
- Main Street Hustle: 16-hour roasted brisket, mustard, cabbage and pickles.
- Greenback: Mortadella, parmigiana sauce, roasted peppers and pistachios.
- Silver Dollar: Black and green olive tapenade, toasted almonds, eggplant and zucchini.
- Spicy Social: Piri piri fried chicken, cabbage and aioli.
The shop celebrated its grand opening Friday by giving away free lunches to the first 100 customers. The shop is now open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can order online here and pick up at the window.
