Those willing to part with a little of their own blood this coming Friday can score tickets to see Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Heart at Riverbend Music Center later this month.
A Hoxworth Blood Center donor bus will be parked on Freedom Way outside of The Holy Grail at The Banks (161 Joe Nuxhall Way) Friday from noon-6 p.m. Those donating blood will receive two free lawn tickets to Heart’s July 27 concert at Riverbend with Elle King. Donors will also nab a $5 gift card to the Holy Grail.
If you’re planning to donate, it’s recommended you schedule an appointment time.
Last summer, Riverbend teamed up with Hoxworth and The Holy Grail for a similar promotion, giving away tickets to see legacy acts like REO Speedwagon, Chicago, Jeff Beck and Paul Rodgers.
