For all you jerks who started putting up your Christmas decorations the day after Halloween, your wintery wishes have been granted.

Cincinnati will get a frigid glimpse of the season to come this week beginning Monday afternoon, just ahead of your evening commute. Expect rain showers starting around 4 p.m., transitioning into snow in evening. The National Weather Service predicts a snow accumulation of 1-2 inches on overnight, with rain and snow continuing until around 2 a.m. and a slight chance of snow after 5 a.m.

In true Cincinnati fashion, temperatures will drop from a delightful 60 degrees to around 20 degrees in less than 24 hours.

Cincinnatians can except a high of around 28 degrees on Tuesday and a slight chance of snow until 4 p.m.

Time to dig out those fuzzy socks and winter coats, it’s ’bout to be cold y’all.
