U.S. Congressman Greg Landsman, who represents Ohio’s first congressional district, says his name was included in the notes of accused Minnesota gunman, Vance Boelter.

Boelter, 57, is accused of shooting and killing Democratic Minnesota state Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark. He’s also accused of severely wounding Democratic state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette. The deaths are believed to be “political assassinations,” according to U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota Joseph Thompson.

Investigators say Boelter, who was arrested Sunday night after a massive manhunt, showed up at the front doors of the lawmakers impersonating a police officer. He allegedly surveilled his victims’ homes ahead of the attacks. Boelter faces federal and state charges, including first-degree murder, according to officials.

Authorities said Monday that Boelter allegedly had “voluminous writings” and a “hit list” of 45 elected officials, all Democrats, in notebooks at the time of the attacks, both in his car and in his home.

Landsman announced Monday that his name was found in Boelter’s notes.

“On Sunday morning, Capitol Police contacted my office to inform me that the FBI had found my name among the evidence collected during the search for a suspect in Minnesota – who is accused of murdering and seriously injuring lawmakers,” Landsman said in a press release.

Landsman said he was notified while the state-wide manhunt for Boelter was underway, prompting extra security for the congressman and his family.

“We worked very closely with the Cincinnati Police Department to arrange for increased security for my family and me,” he said. “I’m extremely thankful to the Cincinnati Police Department for their quick assistance and to Capitol Police for their guidance. We are relieved the suspect has been arrested.”

It’s unclear what, if anything, was written next to Landsman’s name in suspect’s notes. He said the investigation is ongoing and that his office does not have additional information to share at this time.

Other names on the list included dozens of other Democrats from Minnesota, including Gov. Walz, U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, U.S. Sen. Tina Smith and state Attorney General Keith Ellison, according to ABC News. Names of abortion providers and pro-choice activists were also included, sources told ABC News.
