Pop superstar Kesha is taking Cincinnati on the ride of its life on July 16 for her “TITS OUT” North American tour.
Newly reunited music legends the Scissor Sisters will be joining the global pop queen on all tour dates, marking their first tour in nearly a decade. Accompanied on several dates by trans pop icon Slayyyter and UK rising artist Rose Gray, the tour is a celebration of connection, freedom and love.
“The most political thing we can do right now is love,” said Kesha in a press release. “Love ourselves and love each other. Americans need to have more safe, consensual sex. Our administration is so disembodied and disconnected. I’m going TITS OUT this summer to bring as much safety, fun, acceptance, love, connection, and celebration to this country because we are just as much the fabric of this FREE nation as anyone else. We will not be quiet, and we will fight through joy! I think it’s time to make LOVE, not content. LOVE, not anger. LOVE, not hatred, and love, not war.”
After several cryptic teasers on social media, the announcement complements the highly anticipated release of Kesha’s new album, . (PERIOD) — yes, the album is simply just a period — on July 4. The album comes exactly one year after the release of 2024’s hit single “JOYRIDE,” released through the singer’s own record label, Kesha Records. The album marks an unfiltered declaration of freedom and authenticity created completely by Kesha who refuses to play the “safe” pop-star act. Blockbuster songs “YIPPEE KYAY (Feat. T-Pain),” “JOYRIDE” and “DELUSIONAL” are included on the album and available everywhere now.
The tour also marks a large milestone for the glam pop group Scissor Sisters, who are ready to tackle the stage with the same high-energy performances that made them famous.
“We are stoked to extend our reunion to the US and Canada this summer alongside Kesha,” said the Scissor Sisters in a press release. “There has always been a bit of anarchy and chaos to both of our live shows — and we can’t wait to bring that ‘anything can happen’ energy across North America again.”
If you’re going to see Kesha, you might as well dress up, right? Luckily, Kesha thinks the same, as she encourages fans to color-code their outfits based on a specific feeling. As of right now, the only color-coded option she has explained thus far is red; aka, a signal to the crowd (and her!) that you’re single, horny and down to flirt.
To continue the celebration long after the concert has ended, Kesha has partnered with Feeld, a dating app for “open-minded people,” to encourage fans to have a safe space to connect with one another in the spirit of Kesha’s core principles of connection, love and freedom.
The CEO of Feeld, Ana Kirova, said in a press release, “I’m beaming with joy to be sharing this journey with Kesha, as we empower humans to find their authenticity,” she says. “Her creativity and the courage in her expression that she carries so lightly have been a true inspiration for us, as they relate so closely with our mission at Feeld. The journey we’ll share this summer will give new worlds for everything we stand for – discovering who you are, living boldly as one’s true self and feeling the joy of freedom to be oneself.”
