It’s going to be a stormy Monday in Cincinnati followed by a week of predicted wet weather.
According to the National Weather Service, thunderstorms are expected to roll in on the morning of Monday, Aug. 1. The storms could possibly be severe with winds predicted as high as 21 mph.

The storms are expected to stop by 3 p.m. and then kick back up in the evening before tapering off around 11 p.m. Precipitation amounts are being predicted from a quarter- to a half-inch depending on the severity of the storm.
After a stormy Monday, the week should clear up until Thursday, when showers are expected with the possibility of another thunderstorm throughout the afternoon and evening.
Friday’s chance of precipitation is 70% with predicted rain throughout the morning and possible thunderstorms throughout the day.
The weekend is a bit of a toss-up with a 40% chance of precipitation Saturday and Sunday with a chance of thunderstorms on both days.
