These 15 Cincinnati Restaurants and Bars Are Opening Soon

The Queen City has plenty of options when it comes to our dining and drinking scene. If you were having trouble deciding where to try next, things are going to get a little more difficult with the upcoming additions of these restaurants and bars. Be on the lookout for official opening dates as we draw closer to the summertime.

Wódka Bar
1200 Main St., Over-the-Rhine
An extension of Babushka Pierogies, Wódka Bar will carry an ambitious selection of vodkas, stocking upward of 60 types including many Russian, Polish and Ukrainian brands that are lesser known in the United States. The bar is slated to open May 10.

Brothers Tony and Austin Ferrari plan to open Mom ‘n ‘em Coffee in Camp Washington this spring. Mom ‘n ‘em will serve coffee and espresso drinks along with toasts and pastries. After dark, they plan to sell beer and wine to go or to be enjoyed there. Their menu will feature items such as cheese and salumi, anchovies, sardines and an egg sandwich named the “Dirty ‘Nati."

Taglio, the Columbia Tusculum pizza joint from brothers Nick and Jared Wayne (also of A Tavola) and partner Jake Goodwin, is expanding into Over-the-Rhine and taking over the space once occupied by sports bar Lachey's at 56 E. 12th St. The new location is expected to open this spring.

Bridges Nepali Cuisine recently announced their plans to open a second location on downtown's Court Street this spring. The restaurant opened its first brick-and-mortar in Northside two years ago and is the first full Nepalese restaurant in the area. Guests can expect a similar experience in terms of menu and style as their first location, but they also plan to offer breakfast at their downtown location.
