Tai Shani: My Bodily Remains

Acclaimed British multimedia artist Tai Shani will debut her first U.S. solo exhibition at the Contemporary Arts Center this November. My Bodily Remains will spotlight each aspect of the Turner-prize winning artist’s practice, bringing together her work in film, painting, sculpture, and her signature installations to explore themes of love and resistance through the lenses of queer theory, feminist theory, and the political ideology of collectivism. Opening November 3, 2023, My Bodily Remains will be on view at the CAC through April 14, 2024.
